The Profit-Booster Mastermind is a mini-advisory group of small business leaders all committed to making a profit in 2009. Members will help each other make sound business decisions, develop profit strategies, and stay directed on their profit goals. The group will be led by Marian Banker, Business Leadership Coach, using an interactive group coaching format.

With the guidance of your coach and encouragement from your peers, you'll focus your resources and work from a strategic plan of action. You'll also be gaining new leadership skills and exponentially expanding your network with the other business leaders in the group.

The format is a highly interactive 2 hour group meeting every other week for 12 weeks (6 sessions). Each session offers the opportunity to both give and receive. Between sessions you'll be taking strategic action that will move you closer and closer to your goals.

Analyze your business
Brainstorm new ideas and strategies
Focus your resources on priorities where impact will be greatest
Create a Short Term Action Plan to get you into strategic action immediately
Outline your Plan and Budget for 2009
Establish the consistent habit of working "on" your business
Interact with other business leaders who will keep you accountable and on track.
Expand your leader mindset and enhance entrepreneurial skills
Increase your network exponentially
