Individual Coaching

Many successful entrepreneurs have a professional business coach. Are you ready for that kind of success?

As your coach I function as your silent partner, offering specific guidance, an educated outside perspective and personal accountability. I'll help you see and realize the potential for you and your business. We'll boost your confidence and ability to make good business decisions.

In individual coaching you'll be learning and applying the Prime Strategies Business Success System to your business. We'll assess where you are, analyze what we find, make decisions, and create a strategy to move forward. We'll be working together every step of the way.

The frequency, duration and location of sessions will be agreed to before we start working together. I'm available to meet in-person or over the phone. In between sessions we'll communicate primarily through e-mail. As a client you will have the benefit of not just my systems and my experience, but my entire network and resources will be available to you.

Group Coaching

Entrepreneurs possess a wealth of expertise and knowledge. Based on my years of experience working with business owners from many fields, I've found that they are eager to share and learn from each other.

What many entrepreneurs lack is the chance to work with others, receive feedback and engage in a dialogue with others in similar situations and facing similar hurdles. These small groups are designed with the goal that every member give and receive insights and ideas and allows members to share resources.

I offer a variety of options for small facilitated groups. Check the Calendar for what's currently being offered.

I'm also happy to provide customized group coaching to organizations, project teams, partners and key staff in small businesses.

Programs

If you're eager to learn and apply the Business Success System to your business, I highly recommend the Fast Track Intensive. This is the basic 3 month program that guides you in gaining a leadership mindset, learning success strategies and techniques and laying the foundation for the business you want.

Events

Prime Strategies is the proud co-producer of the annual Small Business Summit held each year in February in New York City. We attract hundreds of small business owners and tech and business solution providers who come together for a day to learn, share, network and have fun.

Speaking

My mission in speaking with any audience is to help them focus on aspects that can make a difference in their business success. My style is dynamic, fast-paced and highly interactive. I like to keep the energy high and the spirit upbeat. My intention is always for the members of the audience to take away something they can apply to their business right away.
